Jeddah, 06 Safar 1448 AH corresponding to July 20, 2026 AD, SPA – “Zawiya 97” in Historic Jeddah brings together this summer craft, art, and interactive experiences through a diverse program of creative workshops, allowing visitors to acquire manual skills inspired by heritage, within a cultural environment that celebrates creativity and re-presents traditional crafts in contemporary styles that enhance society’s connection to cultural heritage. The program includes a series of applied workshops targeting various groups, covering basics of hand embroidery, square Kufic calligraphy and gilding, glass mosaic art, incense making, wood veneer, perfume creation, bead making from natural materials, along with basics of watercolors, soap making, leather crafts, and photo embroidery, all focusing on learning by doing and producing works bearing the personal touch of each participant.
