This season, Turtle Bay Resort celebrates one of Umluj's most prominent local treasures, the mango harvest, turning its rich flavors into the centerpiece of exceptional dining experiences. From Al Muhammadiyah Farm, a family orchard with more than 400 mango trees that has been passed down through three generations and is located near the resort, fresh seasonal fruits arrive daily to the resort's kitchens, adding an authentic local touch to various menus.

At Lucky Loma restaurant, this experience is embodied during the morning "Mango Market" held during breakfast, where a selection of fresh cut mangoes, refreshing mango juices, and renewed lunch and dinner menus celebrating the season's flavors are offered, with dishes based on mango sauces and fresh Red Sea seafood, and concluded with mango pie expertly prepared by the pastry section. The Chef's Corner also offers a selected assortment of the most famous mango varieties, including Zabdi, Keet, Sensation, and Alphonso, served in fresh dessert cups highlighting the diversity of this exceptional crop.

The mango presence extends to various resort restaurants, where its seasonal flavors add an innovative touch to menus. At the Beach Club, the seasonal menu includes cold gazpacho soup, watermelon and feta cheese salad, lemon and basil pasta, alongside Umluj mango sorbet with tart, an experience complemented by panoramic views of the bay. The juice bar offers mango and watermelon granita drinks prepared from local produce with crushed ice, lemon, and mint, while H2GO provides a range of ready-made light beverages and renewed seasonal offerings.

These activities are available daily from 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM, with the possibility of booking at least 12 hours in advance.

Guests wishing to enjoy wind-powered water sports can visit Shura Island, where an additional set of activities is available, with transportation services arranged separately. For those seeking more adventures, Adrenaline, the adventure and water sports center in the Red Sea, offers a wider range of experiences, a short drive from the resort.
