A halftime show was held during the break between the two halves of the 2026 FIFA World Cup final between Argentina and Spain on Sunday.

Company (Tops) acquired the naming rights for the first-ever halftime show at a World Cup final, held at MetLife Stadium in New Jersey, which hosts the match.

This show, known as the 'Tops Halftime Show of the 2026 World Cup Final,' brought together an elite group of today's top artists in a historic celebration combining sports, music, and global impact.

The show, supervised by Chris Martin, was produced by Global Citizen, and featured Madonna, Shakira, BTS, Justin Bieber, as well as Burna Boy, Gustavo Dudamel - the world-renowned Venezuelan conductor and music and artistic director of the New York Philharmonic - the Webby Award-winning choir PS 22, alongside Coldplay.

The show supports the FIFA Global Fund for Citizen Education, an initiative aiming to raise $100 million to expand access to quality education and football opportunities for children worldwide.

More than $60 million has been raised so far, and momentum is building, with one dollar from every ticket sold for the 2026 World Cup matches being donated to the fund, which will support social projects around the world.

Additionally, Shakira's proceeds from the official 2026 World Cup song 'Dai Dai' will be donated to the education fund.
