Grandma Silvana, an influencer in her eighties followed by millions on social media, teaches CNN's Ivana Sakatola how to prepare her favorite pasta dish, and talks about the secrets of aging gracefully, and about her experience with fame that came late in her life.

Grandma Silvana was in the Qatari capital Doha, where she prepared a menu for the restaurant 'Cecconi's' for a few days, and chose one of her favorite dishes from this menu to show us how to prepare it.

This dish, which the grandma described as 'quick, simple and inexpensive,' consists of: pasta, garlic, chili pepper, parsley, and cheese 'in large quantity.'

She said: 'When I open the fridge and find nothing at home, I make this dish. These ingredients are always available to me. It is a dish suitable for the rich, and also suitable for the poor, because everyone can afford it.'

When asked if she had any advice for those who want to stay healthy and fit as they age like her, Grandma Silvana said the secret lies in independence, explaining: 'Keep working. Whether the work is little or much, always keep working. Never stop, otherwise your mind will stop and your joints will stop, and everything will stop.'
