The selected films will participate in four main sections. The film 'Listening' by director Li Bao competes in the International Competition, supported by the Red Sea Fund. In the Open Doors program, the film 'The Wrestlers' by director Derwa Kasongo and the film 'Queen of Cotton' by director Suzana Mirghani will participate, both supported by the Fund. In the Filmmakers of the Present section, the film 'Our Time Will Come' by director Amaraty Armar will participate, jointly supported by the Red Sea Fund and the Red Sea Souk. The film 'Entity' by director Asmahan Bkerat will participate in the Critics' Week program, supported by the Red Sea Souk. The Foundation affirmed that the participation of these films reflects the continued presence of projects it supports at international film festivals and embodies its role in empowering filmmakers through an integrated system that includes development, financing, and professional networking, thereby contributing to enhancing the presence of Arab, African, and Asian productions on the global film scene.
