Egyptian artists Sherine Abdel-Wahab and Bahaa Sultan have put an end to the controversy that erupted in recent hours regarding rumors that they were preparing to hold concerts in Qatar, stressing that these news are completely unfounded.

No concerts in Qatar

Sherine Abdel-Wahab's media office announced in an official statement that there is no agreement or contract to hold concerts on the dates that were circulated, indicating that the artist has decided to take legal action against anyone who published or promoted this misinformation.

The statement also emphasized that any announcement regarding her artistic activities is issued only through her official social media accounts.

In the same context, Bahaa Sultan denied the validity of the circulated news about him holding a concert in Qatar in the near future, confirming his rejection of inaccurate news regarding his artistic commitments, and announced taking legal steps to pursue the promoters of these rumors, calling on the public to rely on official sources for his artistic news.

In another context, Sherine Abdel-Wahab is preparing to return to her audience with a new concert, which is the first during the summer season, scheduled to be held on the North Coast on August 7, after a period of absence from performing concerts, amid anticipation from her audience for her return to the stage.
