The Ministry of Health announced on Thursday that the claims in the circulated video announcing a project called 'Asia Medical City' are false, stressing that the project has not received any approvals or licenses from the ministry and does not have any legal status that authorizes it to announce the establishment or operation of a health facility.

The ministry denied the validity of claims that 50 Asian countries are participating in the project.

The ministry clarified that the person appearing in the video is a doctor and former director of one of the Ministry of Health hospitals, and the ministry has summoned him to complete legal procedures against him in accordance with relevant regulations.

The ministry also denied the validity of claims that 50 Asian countries are participating in the project, as well as the misinformation in the video about health regulations and procedures for organizing alternative medicine services, which contradict approved rules and regulations. It emphasized that announcing any project or providing a health service requires completing all necessary licenses and regulatory approvals according to approved systems and procedures to ensure its legality and credibility.

The Ministry of Health reaffirmed the importance of obtaining information from official sources and not being swayed by illegal claims or announcements, stressing its continued enforcement of rules and regulations based on its supervisory responsibilities to protect the health and safety of the community.
