During this period, the governorate's farms witness peak production of apricots, peaches, grapes, pomegranates, plums, and berries, becoming a destination for visitors wishing to stroll among fruit trees, pick fruit directly from farms, and learn about traditional farming methods preserved by local families across successive generations. Farms are spread across Al Shafa, Al Hada, Wadi Muharram, Wadi Layyah, Al Bani, and Al Amaq, where the climatic diversity of the farms, the governorate's elevations, and fertile soil contribute to the production of seasonal crops known for their quality, turning these sites into destinations attracting nature lovers and seekers of authentic rural experiences. Tourism guide Ahmed Al-Juaid told SPA that the fruit season has become one of the main drivers of tourism movement in the governorate, coinciding with an increase in the number of summer visitors, giving them an opportunity to discover Taif's agricultural side through field tours inside farms, learn about local products, and interact with farmers, adding a distinctive human and cultural character to the trip.
