CNN producer Leroy Ah Ben tries a unique yoga session in Istanbul, Turkey, held on a boat sailing the Bosphorus Strait, which separates Europe and Asia. Amid container ships, ferries, and the surrounding city bustle, he discovers how to practice stillness in one of the most crowded and iconic locations in the world.

Leroy said he usually heads to the gym when he has a particularly stressful week to relieve pressure, but in Istanbul they do things quite differently. Practicing yoga on a boat in the middle of the Bosphorus is considered one of the best ways to restore your inner balance.

Despite his lack of experience in yoga, this experience excited and scared him at the same time. Trying to find inner balance between two continents, above one of the busiest waterways on Earth, carries something special. With oil tankers, ferries, and cargo ships, finding calm amid this hustle is not easy.

Leroy said: 'In the middle of the yoga session, I saw a boat having a party, then I saw a group of dolphins — the two extremes at the same time.' In the end, the CNN producer described the experience saying he did not perform the yoga poses accurately, and his balance was not good, but it was 'definitely an unforgettable experience.'
