In order to achieve sustainable real estate development, a competitive and attractive real estate environment must be created, governed by regulatory frameworks and legislations; to raise the quality of services, preserve the rights of stakeholders, and harness the obstacles and future requirements of the real estate sector. This is what our wise government has done, as the real estate brokerage system was established through the General Authority for Real Estate, which provides individuals and real estate establishments with 'Fal' licenses to practice real estate activities, in addition to innovative brokerage services, aiming to organize and improve the services provided in the real estate market, protect beneficiaries, enhance market confidence, and stimulate real estate activity.

The 'Fal' license is an official document that authorizes individuals and establishments to practice the real estate activity specified in the license, and to market the property, whether through advertising means or direct marketing in offices, exhibitions, and others. As for the 'Fal' property management license, it is a license for establishments that authorizes the establishment to manage the financial and administrative affairs of the property on behalf of others. All these activities managed through obtaining a 'Fal' license are permitted for citizens, provided they are at least 18 years old, of good conduct, pass the qualifying program for each activity, and pay the prescribed fees for each license.

Therefore, there are many opportunities available for all our youth to become successful accredited real estate brokers without owning real estate offices. So, I say to the youth of my nation: Your Fal is good, and success is your ally, God willing. When you become accredited real estate brokers, you increase your success rate and competitive value, as clients will want to cooperate with officially accredited brokers, and it is a fertile field for increasing your financial income.
