King Abdulaziz Medical City, under the Health Affairs of the Ministry of National Guard in Riyadh, explained that the disruption of air conditioning and cooling systems in part of the medical city was the result of an external break in one of the main water lines feeding the central cooling plant.

The administration confirmed that the malfunction was emergency and beyond control, noting that specialized teams began repair work immediately after the problem occurred.

In the same context, the medical administration and the operational management apologized to patients and visitors for the inconvenience caused by this temporary malfunction, praising everyone's understanding and cooperation during the repair period.
