Al-Baha, 01 Safar 1448 AH, corresponding to July 15, 2026, SPA – His Highness Prince Fahd bin Saad bin Abdullah bin Turki, Deputy Governor of Al-Baha Region, sponsored today at the Emirate Palace the signing of memoranda of understanding between the Ministry of Health branch in Al-Baha Region and several non-profit organizations, in the presence of the branch director, Naif Al-Mutrafi. His Highness the Deputy Governor emphasized the importance of enhancing integration between government agencies and the non-profit sector to contribute to the development of health and social services and improve the quality of services provided to beneficiaries. The memoranda of understanding included Darakum Endowment, represented by its Chairwoman Malak Ba'isa; Battour Health Society for the Care of Amputees, represented by its Executive Director Badr Al-Anzi; and Dalni Society for the Prevention of Psychoactive Substances, represented by its Chairman Dr. Muhammad Al-Sharafi. The memoranda aim to unify efforts in providing qualitative health and community services that serve psychiatric patients, amputees, and shelter home beneficiaries, in addition to enhancing preventive and awareness programs, thereby improving the quality of health and social care and expanding the scope of services provided to beneficiaries. These memoranda come as an extension of the efforts of the Ministry of Health branch in Al-Baha Region to build effective partnerships with the non-profit sector and unify efforts in providing health services and community initiatives that benefit community members. // End // 17:35 T M 0129
