The Medical Rehabilitation Department at King Abdullah Medical Complex, a component of the Second Jeddah Health Cluster, concluded the 'Occupational Health for Teachers' initiative, which was implemented during the academic year and targeted primary school teaching staff, as part of its efforts to enhance preventive health and support the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 aimed at improving quality of life.

The initiative was implemented through an integrated multidisciplinary field program that included awareness and practical sessions on preventive exercises, specialized consultations, practical guidance in occupational health, and provision of supportive tools, aimed at raising awareness of proper health practices and preventing problems related to the educational work environment.

The initiative yielded qualitative results, achieving a 100% satisfaction rate, a 98% rate of knowledge benefit, and a 95% rate of behavioral intention to apply health practices, reflecting the program's effectiveness in enhancing health awareness and creating a positive impact on beneficiaries, thereby supporting the readiness of educational staff for the next academic year.

This initiative embodies King Abdullah Medical Complex's commitment to strengthening community partnerships and establishing a culture of prevention as the cornerstone for improving public health, and contributing to building healthy and sustainable work environments, in line with the goals of the Health Sector Transformation Program and Saudi Vision 2030.
