Khalifa issues federal decree appointing Ahmed Mubarak Al Mazrouei as head of the Special Department for the President with a minister rank

Abu Dhabi, August 11 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Khalifa bin Zayed Al Nahyan, President of the State, may God protect him, issued a federal decree appointing His Excellency Dr. Ahmed Mubarak Ali Rashid Al Mazrouei as head of the Special Department for the President with a minister rank.

The decree in its second article stipulates that the Minister of Presidential Affairs shall issue the necessary decisions for the Special Department for the President to exercise its competences in accordance with Federal Decree-Law No. 2 of 2016.

Any text that contradicts or conflicts with this decree is repealed, and it comes into effect from the date of issuance.
