Sharjah Ruler directs supplementary grant for families benefiting from the Department of Social Services

Sharjah, February 6 / WAM / His Highness Sheikh Dr. Sultan bin Muhammad Al Qasimi, Member of the Supreme Council and Ruler of Sharjah, directed the disbursement of a supplementary grant to families benefiting from the support of the Department of Social Services, with the aim of raising them to the decent living standard of 17,500.

The number of families benefiting from the grant is 2,114 families in the Emirate of Sharjah, whose monthly income is less than 17,500, at a total annual cost of 134 million and 450 thousand dirhams, to be disbursed as of January 1, 2025.
