Your eyes, the light of lamps!
Forgive us if the winds besiege us - Do you hear the neighing of horses
Forgive us if the winds besiege us
Do you hear the neighing of horses
On the riverbank?
It's okay.. sleep
If this time is stingy
With a melody that flirts with your eyes!
The most beautiful thing in you
Is this mythical resilience
Above humiliation and oppression!
Be the aged anthem
In the false time!
Be the safety and the embrace
For those holding the embers
So no in-between.. in-between!
And no retreat to the shade in the name of neutrality
I fly to the end of the earth
I meet you, my map, and the longing that..
Brought me back in dreams and in wakefulness..
Longing for you!
And I wonder how the lofty stars
Choose your sky over the sky!
And the bird longs like me
For the rising of the sun and the full moon in you!
And forgive us, if the winds besiege us
The land narrows despite its vastness
And your eyes are the light of lamps
In the darkness of the night
Do you hear the neighing of horses
On the riverbank?
Sleep,
And don't mind the rumors!
The tyrants pass, and you remain!
The drum of wars falls silent, and you remain!
Don't be afraid!
The terrifying darkness will pass
And dawn will rise!
For in the false time
You remain above humiliation and oppression!
