The events of the Medina Dates season showcase the handicraft heritage of the region through three pavilions dedicated to artisans and productive families, displaying a variety of handicrafts and handmade products inspired by the local environment, within the framework of supporting and preserving traditional crafts.

Participating in the season's events, which continue until the second of August this year, are a number of artisans who present live demonstrations of their work, contributing to highlighting national skills, supporting handicrafts, enabling artisans and productive families to market their products, and enriching the experience of the season's visitors.

The pavilions allow visitors to learn about a number of crafts passed down through generations, observe the stages of handmade product manufacturing using natural materials, foremost among them palm fronds and their derivatives, as well as acquire products that reflect the authenticity of the cultural heritage of Medina.

The pavilions are part of the Medina Dates season programs aimed at enhancing the economic and cultural value of the date sector, and highlighting local heritage, through events that combine marketing and heritage, and contribute to introducing traditional crafts associated with the cultural identity of the region.
