For four days, the House of Culture in the Jazan region is hosting the training and qualification tracks within the work and programs of the 'Jazan Makes an Impact' initiative, which launched yesterday, as part of developing participants' skills and building their capacities in designing initiatives and managing community projects. The program includes 3 specialized tracks aimed at developing competencies in priority development areas. The 'Social and Health' track focuses on innovating and implementing initiatives with community and health impact that contribute to improving quality of life and enhancing health awareness, by designing initiatives concerned with elderly health, chronic patient care, health awareness, support for people with disabilities, mental health, community health, orphan care, in addition to educational initiatives. The 'Environment and Energy' track is concerned with designing innovative solutions and initiatives that serve communities and enhance concepts of sustainability and environmental awareness through practical, applicable ideas, including addressing environmental challenges, waste management, combating visual distortion, renewable energy, rationalizing electricity consumption, and environmental awareness. The 'Artificial Intelligence and Technology' track aims to employ modern technologies and artificial intelligence in developing effective community solutions and innovations, including digital volunteer work, robotics, community data analysis, AI solutions, volunteer management platforms, and community cybersecurity. Through these tracks, the initiative seeks to invest the energies of the youth of the Jazan region, develop their creative capacities in designing qualitative initiatives, and expand their participation in volunteer work, thereby enhancing their role as partners in development and contributing to creating a sustainable developmental impact that extends to all governorates of the region.
