The Al-Mawadda Association for Family Development celebrated the winners at the closing ceremony of the Camp of Values Pioneers program, attended by a number of educational and community leaders, culminating a developmental journey aimed at instilling the values of initiative and social responsibility among school students, and transforming creative ideas into projects with sustainable impact.

The program saw the participation of 105 male and female students representing 15 schools, during which they received specialized training workshops supervised by trainers and experts, and performed 25 volunteer hours resulting in 20 projects ranging from community initiatives to podcasts, which were evaluated by a number of specialized judges.

The program is held in partnership with the Ministry of Education, represented by the General Administration for Social Responsibility and Volunteer Work, as part of the integration of efforts between the non-profit sector and the education sector, aiming to empower students, enhance their community participation, and instill positive values in them.

The ceremony honored the winning teams in the program's two tracks: the community initiatives track and the podcast track, with five winning teams honored in each track, in appreciation of the quality projects they presented, characterized by creativity, idea quality, applicability, and social impact.

The ceremony also included honoring outstanding male and female students in appreciation of their commitment, excellence, and positive role throughout the program stages, in addition to honoring the participating schools, partners, judges, trainers, and all those who contributed to the program's success.

The Director of the Family Programs Sector at the Association, Mohammed Al-Nashiri, stressed that the program embodies a successful model for investing in youth energies, by empowering them to transform values into practical practices and impactful initiatives that serve the community, noting that the quality of ideas, awareness of community issues, and innovation in solutions demonstrated by the participating projects reflect the extent of the impact the program achieves in building a conscious, responsible, and proactive generation.

Al-Nashiri added that the program's success came as a result of the integrated efforts of supporting entities and partners, appreciating their contributions to achieving its goals and strengthening its community impact, affirming that Al-Mawadda Association will continue to develop its specialized programs targeting youth and various family and community groups, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in building a vibrant society, empowering youth, and enhancing quality of life.
