The Director General of the General Directorate of Traffic, Brigadier General Engineer Ali bin Mohsen Al-Zahrani, headed the Ministry of Interior's delegation participating in the 54th meeting of the Directors General of Traffic of the Gulf Cooperation Council (GCC) states, held at the headquarters of the General Secretariat of the Council in Riyadh.

The meeting addressed a number of themes aimed at enhancing joint Gulf action in the traffic sector, as the attendees discussed ways to develop traffic systems, exchange expertise and experiences in traffic management, and employ modern technologies to raise the level of traffic safety and contribute to reducing accidents across the member states.
