Amir of Tabuk chairs celebration of residents on his return from medical trip.

His Royal Highness Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Amir of the Tabuk Region, honored yesterday the celebration held by the region's residents on the occasion of his return from his medical trip, at the Prince Sultan Cultural Center in Tabuk City, in the presence of His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Saud bin Abdullah Al Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Amir of the Tabuk Region.

Upon his arrival at the venue, the royal anthem was played, and the ceremony began with recitation of verses from the Holy Quran, followed by a video film portraying the joy that spread across the region upon his return.

Dr. Abdullah Anad Al-Ghuraid delivered a speech on behalf of the residents of the Tabuk Region, in which he thanked God Almighty for granting His Highness the Amir health and wellness, expressing the residents' joy at his return, and affirming that Prince Fahd bin Sultan's name has been associated with a long journey of work and achievement, and that he was close to the citizen, following up on their needs and directing service to them, which solidified the relationship of love and loyalty between His Highness and the people of the region.

He pointed to the developmental projects and renaissance that the Tabuk Region witnessed during His Highness's tenure, covering various sectors, and the care and attention given to the region's people, asking God to grant His Highness continued health and wellness, to bless his efforts, and for the development journey to continue under the leadership of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud and His Highness the Crown Prince - may God protect them.

The ceremony's segments included Nabati and classical poems expressing feelings of love and appreciation for His Highness, along with a musical operetta for the occasion, while the Saudi Ardah was performed with the participation of His Highness the Amir of Tabuk in front of a large audience that filled the stands of the Prince Sultan Cultural Center.

In his speech, His Highness the Amir of Tabuk expressed his gratitude to God Almighty for granting him recovery, and also extended his thanks and appreciation to the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques and His Highness the Crown Prince for the care and attention he received throughout his treatment.

His Highness thanked the residents of the Tabuk Region for their sincere feelings, loyalty, and love, affirming the depth of the relationship that binds him with the sons and daughters of the region, saying: 'Before my travel, I told you: I love you. Now, after what I have been through and what I have seen from you, I not only love you... I adore you.'

His Highness also praised the efforts of the event organizers, foremost among them the Deputy Governor of the Tabuk Region, Muhammad Al-Haqbani, and the Assistant Deputy Governor for Development Affairs, Nasser Al-Khuraisi, directing thanks to artist Mohammed Abdo and his colleagues who participated in the operetta, asking God Almighty to protect the homeland and continue to grant it security and dignity.

At the conclusion of the ceremony, His Royal Highness Prince Fahd bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz honored the dinner banquet held by the residents of the Tabuk Region in celebration of his return.
