«Al Jazeera» - Economy:

The Ministry of Communications and Information Technology, in collaboration with the National Program for Information Technology Development (NTDP), announced the continuation of registration in the "Tamkeen 2026" program, which aims to support employee retention in micro, small, and medium-sized technology companies.

The Tamkeen program offers an integrated package of financial incentives designed to support business growth and enhance team stability within pioneering technology companies, aligning with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 in developing human capital and increasing the digital sector's contribution to GDP.

The program aims to enable pioneering tech enterprises to retain Saudi talent in stable and stimulating work environments. It is based on a motivational model spanning 18 months, comprising three phases of support with total support of up to 86,000 riyals per eligible employee.

The program targets Saudi competencies holding key technical roles such as software developers, network engineers, data scientists, and cybersecurity analysts.

The Ministry invited companies meeting the criteria to register and benefit from the incentives through the electronic platform of the National Program for Information Technology Development:
