The Education and Training Evaluation Commission began opening registration for the Cognitive Ability Test (digital) via the Qiyas website from last Monday, July 13, where the commission explained the test details and number of questions.

Registration for the Cognitive Ability Test is scheduled to continue until September 8, 2026.
The Education Evaluation Commission clarified that the test will be held from September 1 to 10, 2026, and those wishing to take it can register through the designated website.
What is the Cognitive Ability Test?
In the same context, the Cognitive Ability Test consists of 5 sections, each containing 20 questions, and the test duration is two hours and five minutes.
The commission indicated that the validity of the Cognitive Ability Test result extends to 5 Gregorian years from the date of taking the test.

The Cognitive Ability Test is intended for university graduates (Bachelor's or Master's) applying for administrative positions, whether for appointment or for comparison in promotions in the civil service system and in the labor system (excluding health and educational positions).
The test is required by a number of entities such as the Ministry of Human Resources and Social Development, the Ministry of Justice, and other ministries, commissions, and educational institutions for appointment to ranks (sixth, seventh, eighth, ninth).
The test results appear within 30 days from the end of the test period.
