The Citizen Account clarified via its X account that obtaining a freelance document does not affect eligibility in the program.
It noted that if there is additional income, it must be disclosed, explaining that the eligibility amount can be determined using the estimated support calculator via the program's app or online portal.
Citizen Account Support for July 2026
The Citizen Account program announced the disbursement date for July 2026 support, indicating that if the eligibility result is 'eligible' and the applicant qualifies, they will receive support on 'July 9'.
It noted that the eligibility value can be found using the estimated support calculator at portal.ca.gov.sa.
The reason for ineligibility can be found via the beneficiary account through the 'Eligibility Study' icon. In case of ineligibility, the beneficiary must submit an objection to the displayed reasons for ineligibility after updating their data according to the reason within a maximum of 90 days from the date of the eligibility result.
