"Salman Relief" Launches Operation of Wadi Al-Ma'sal Well in Taiz Governorate

The King Salman Humanitarian Aid and Relief Center (KSrelief) launched the day before yesterday the operation of the Wadi Al-Ma'sal well and its associated transfer station in Al-Mudhaffar District, Taiz Governorate, as part of the project to enhance safe and clean water sources sustainably for the residents of the governorate.

The project includes installing an integrated solar energy system to operate the well and the transfer station and pump water to tanks, ensuring service continuity, reducing reliance on petroleum derivatives, and promoting the use of clean energy, benefiting 50,000 families. This comes within the framework of the Kingdom's keenness, through its humanitarian arm KSrelief, to support sustainable water projects in Yemen, contributing to improving basic services, increasing water security, improving living conditions for the population, and achieving a sustainable humanitarian and developmental impact.
