"Hajj and Umrah": "Nusk Care" Centers Offer an Integrated System to Serve Guests of the Almighty Around the Clock

The "Nusk Care" centers represent the field interface of the Ministry of Hajj and Umrah in providing direct services to the guests of the Almighty, through an integrated system of services for guiding and directing the lost, answering inquiries and complaints, reporting missing persons, and supporting the "Nusk" and "Tawakkalna" applications, thus contributing to enriching the experience of pilgrims and Umrah performers and achieving the goals of Saudi Vision 2030 and the Guests of the Almighty Service Program.
The Ministry stated that the "Nusk Care" centers are located in Makkah, Madinah, and Jeddah, in addition to the holy sites during the Hajj season and areas with high density of the Almighty's guests, operating around the clock through qualified national staff who speak multiple languages, including sign language, alongside integration with government entities, the private sector, and the non-profit sector, enhancing service quality and responsiveness to beneficiaries' needs.
She added that the centers offer a wide range of services for individuals and businesses. The individuals sector includes guidance and direction, answering inquiries, receiving complaints, handling missing persons cases, and supporting beneficiaries in using the "Nusk" and "Tawakkalna" applications, along with enrichment services. The business sector, located at the ministry's headquarters, includes services for accrediting housing service providers and receiving their inquiries, to enhance integration among various parties in the Guests of the Almighty service system.
The Ministry indicated that the "Nusk Care" centers provided more than 600,000 services through 41 centers during the Hajj season of 1447 AH, including over 297,000 enrichment services, over 193,000 guidance services, over 53,000 inquiry services, in addition to over 34,000 services related to the "Nusk" application, and over 5,000 health services, along with business-specific services amounting to 281 services, reflecting the diversity of services offered by the centers to meet the needs of the Almighty's guests at various stages of their journey.
During the Hajj season of 1447 AH, the "Nusk Care" centers witnessed the implementation of several developmental initiatives, including human capacity building, developing the unified guidance system, enhancing the operational readiness of the centers, expanding cooperation with partner entities, and implementing health awareness programs, with the aim of raising performance efficiency and improving the quality of services provided to the Almighty's guests.
The Ministry of Hajj and Umrah affirmed that the "Nusk Care" centers continue to develop their services and enhance their operational readiness, through human capacity building, expanding partnerships, and developing digital systems and services. This is aimed at improving the quality of services provided to the Almighty's guests and elevating their experience from their arrival in the Kingdom until their departure.
