Asir Municipality Closes Over 32,000 Reports in Q2 2026

Asir Municipality and its affiliated municipalities closed 32,585 municipal reports during the second quarter of 2026, while the beneficiary satisfaction rate for municipal services exceeded 86%, an indicator reflecting the efficiency of the reports system, speed of response, and effectiveness in handling observations received through official channels.

The municipality explained that the reports were received via the unified reports center "940" and various other channels, and were processed according to operational procedures that helped increase completion speed and improve the quality of municipal services, in line with targets for institutional performance development and enhancing the beneficiary experience. It pointed out that performance indicators during the second quarter showed progress in report processing levels, reflecting the efficiency of field teams, integration between operational systems, and speed of handling reports and observations in accordance with best practices.

It emphasized that these results are an extension of its efforts to develop digital services, enhance the efficiency of the municipal work system, and accelerate procedures for receiving and processing reports through official channels, contributing to improving quality of life and increasing the reliability of services provided to residents and visitors. The municipality stated that the unified reports center "940" and various other sources for receiving reports represent main channels for receiving observations and municipal reports, processing them through an operational system that ensures fast completion and high-quality processing, strengthening community partnership and advancing municipal services in cities and governorates of the Asir region.
