The Board of Trustees of the Martyrs, Wounded, Prisoners, and Missing Persons Fund adopted its strategy for the period 2025-2030, which represents a strategic framework for the Fund's efforts in the coming phase, and contributes to enhancing empowerment and improving the quality of life for beneficiaries. The strategy is based on 14 strategic objectives that form the general direction of the Fund over the coming years, translated into 25 strategic initiatives supported by 29 strategic performance indicators, which help monitor progress and measure results, and achieve targets efficiently and effectively. The strategy focuses on developing the package of programs, services, and initiatives provided by the Fund, to enhance sustainable empowerment for beneficiaries, improve their quality of life, and deepen the sense of pride in the nation's heroes and their sacrifices, through an integrated system based on impact and sustainability, under the slogan 'We All Fill His Place.' The strategy contributes to raising institutional performance efficiency, enhancing partnership effectiveness, and supporting financial sustainability, thereby ensuring the sustainability of programs and services, expanding their impact, and promoting integration among various entities to serve the nation's heroes and their families. In this context, the Secretary-General of the Martyrs Fund, Talal bin Othman Al-Muammar, stressed that adopting the strategy represents an important milestone in the Fund's journey and a roadmap for the coming phase, supporting the development of services and programs and raising the efficiency of initiatives provided to beneficiaries, noting that the Fund has achieved all targeted accomplishments for 2025.
