The Step Professional Forum 2026 concluded its activities at the Hilton Granada Hotel in Riyadh, after three days of specialized professional events that witnessed a wide attendance of job seekers, graduates, and professionals, in partnership with the General Organization for Social Insurance, in a step aimed at supporting employment and enhancing the readiness of national talents for the labor market.

The forum recorded the participation of more than 75 entities from major government and private sectors, as part of strategic partnerships aimed at building direct bridges between employers and national talents, and providing professional and developmental opportunities for participants, in addition to showcasing specialized initiatives in human capacity development.

The forum featured more than 180 specialized workshops focused on honing professional skills and keeping pace with labor market requirements, while more than 1,800 career counseling sessions were conducted, providing individual consultations to participants and helping guide them towards suitable career paths and enhancing their readiness for quality job opportunities.

The number of visitors to the forum exceeded 61,000 nationals, reflecting the high demand for specialized professional events and the significant interaction with counseling sessions, direct interviews, and interactive areas that provided an integrated experience combining learning and application.

The Chairman of the Board of Directors, Mr. Khalid bin Sulaiman Al-Saleh, affirmed that the results achieved by the forum reflect its role as a national platform for empowering national talents, noting that the Step Professional Forum continues to develop its programs and initiatives to build an integrated professional system that supports the preparation and qualification of national talents for the labor market. He said: 'These figures reflect the level of interaction with the forum's programs and its role in connecting national talents with employers, in addition to providing career counseling and specialized training, which contributes to empowering national citizens and enhancing their competitiveness in the labor market.'

He added that the forum continues its journey in supporting human capital development, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030, by providing an integrated professional environment that combines training, counseling, and employment, and contributes to building sustainable career paths for national talents.

The forum concluded after a series of professional sessions, workshops, and direct job interviews, which provided participants with opportunities to connect with participating entities and explore professional opportunities, thereby enhancing the forum's role as a national platform supporting employment and empowering national talents.
