Culture and Tourism.. Shared Values
Taif Governorate will host a cultural symposium on Wednesday, July 15, 2026, titled 'Culture and Tourism.. Shared Values', organized by Adab Cultural Foundation and Abdullah bin Idris Cultural Center, at the Intercontinental Taif Hotel.
The symposium aims to enhance integration between the cultural and tourism sectors, highlight the pivotal role of culture in supporting tourism development and consolidating national identity, and invest in the civilizational and heritage assets that the Kingdom abounds with, in line with the goals of Vision 2030.
The symposium gains added importance as it is held in Taif, a city registered in the UNESCO Creative Cities Network in literature, making it a living model of the convergence between culture and tourism.
Participating in the symposium are a select group of senior Saudi intellectuals, academics, and researchers, who will present scientific papers and specialized cognitive insights addressing the relationship between culture and tourism from intellectual, developmental, economic, and social aspects, thus contributing to enriching national dialogue and exchanging expertise.
The symposium program includes three scientific sessions, in addition to an open cultural dialogue with participating experts.
