His Royal Highness Prince Saud bin Naif bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Eastern Province, received at his office in the Emirate Diwan the Chairman of the Board of Directors of the Hafar Al-Batin Chamber, Mr. Salman bin Hassan Al-Aqeel, accompanied by board members.

The Eastern Province Governor highlighted the vital role played by chambers of commerce in supporting economic development, enhancing the business environment, and enabling the private sector to contribute to achieving sustainable development, stressing the importance of developing qualitative initiatives and investing in the capabilities of the governorates to attract investments, create development opportunities, and boost competitiveness, in line with the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.

Al-Aqeel presented to the Eastern Province Governor an overview of the chamber's most notable achievements, the programs and initiatives it has implemented to support the business sector, its efforts to enhance the investment environment, and empower entrepreneurs and small and medium enterprises, in addition to its future plans aimed at developing and promoting investment opportunities in Hafar Al-Batin Governorate.
