The charitable association for orphan care in the Riyadh region, "Ehsan," spent 71,342,313 riyals on programs and services for beneficiaries during the second quarter of 2026, as part of an integrated system of family services, developmental programs, and empowerment services aimed at enhancing quality of life and enabling families and children to become self-reliant.

The association’s report indicated that the areas of expenditure included monthly nutrition (cash, food, and clothing), which benefited 10,634 families comprising 34,415 beneficiaries, at a cost of 41,221,200 riyals. The association also provided 7,525 various services to beneficiary families at a cost of 7,334,493 riyals, contributing to meeting the basic needs of beneficiary families and enhancing their social stability, in addition to implementing the sacrificial meat project worth 3 million riyals, which benefited 2,889 families.

The association spent 15,400,107 riyals on housing services, which included paying rents, purchasing and renovating homes, in addition to providing 188 healthcare services, securing medicines and medical devices at a cost of 2,009,987 riyals. The association also paid electricity bills for beneficiary families amounting to 2,376,525 riyals, contributing to alleviating living burdens and ensuring continuity of essential services.
