The Madinah Region Development Authority announced the extension of registration for the second edition of the Excellence Program for Restaurants and Cafes, as part of the Authority's efforts to elevate the hospitality sector and encourage establishments to adopt best practices in this field. The Authority, represented by the Destination Development Office, explained that the program aims to improve the quality of hospitality services, enhance competitiveness among establishments, and motivate them to apply the best operational and excellence standards, thereby contributing to the improvement of the experience for visitors and residents, and supporting the sector's development targets. The program allows participating establishments to benefit from several advantages, including obtaining an official classification and accreditation, receiving the annual Excellence Badge, being listed among distinguished establishments, in addition to promotion through official platforms, campaigns, and publications, benefiting from media coverage, appearing in guides and informational materials, as well as being honored at the program's annual ceremony.
