The Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance has completed all preparations to receive the first batch of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques Program for Umrah and Visit for the year 1448 AH, scheduled to arrive in Madinah tomorrow before moving to Makkah to perform Umrah rituals, following the approval of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud - may God protect him - to host (1,000) Umrah performers at his own expense, to be hosted in four groups throughout the year.

The first batch of the program, implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, includes (250) Umrah performers representing (16) Asian countries: Indonesia, East Timor, Philippines, Malaysia, Cambodia, Thailand, Vietnam, Myanmar, Laos, Singapore, China, Japan, South Korea, Hong Kong, Taiwan, and Mongolia.

The ministry has prepared a diverse program for the guests during their stay in Madinah, including visits to several places, sites, and museums related to the Prophet's biography and Islamic civilization, before they move to Makkah to perform Umrah rituals.
