His Highness Prince Faisal bin Farhan bin Abdullah, Minister of Foreign Affairs, made phone calls to His Excellency Sheikh Mohammed bin Abdulrahman Al Thani, Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs of the State of Qatar; His Excellency Sayyid Badr bin Hamad Al Busaidi, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Sultanate of Oman; His Excellency Dr. Abdullatif bin Rashid Al Zayani, Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Kingdom of Bahrain; and His Excellency Ayman Safadi, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Foreign Affairs and Expatriates of the Hashemite Kingdom of Jordan.

During the calls, the latest developments in the region were reviewed, and condemnation of repeated Iranian aggressions against countries in the region was emphasized, along with rejection of anything that would undermine the sovereignty of states or threaten the region's security and stability.

Views were also exchanged on a number of topics, foremost among them efforts to restore security and de-escalate tensions, and to ensure freedom of navigation in the Strait of Hormuz.
