Riyadh, Muharram 29, 1448 AH (July 14, 2026) – SPA – The Real Estate General Authority announced the start of real estate in-kind registration for (22) properties in the Riyadh region, in Ramah Governorate, starting Sunday, July 19, 2026, corresponding to Safar 5, 1448 AH, until the end of Thursday, October 22, 2026, corresponding to Jumada al-Awwal 11, 1448 AH. The authority explained that the neighborhoods benefiting from the real estate register in this phase in Ramah Governorate are: (Al Rabiyah neighborhood, part of an open area neighborhood affiliated with Al Rawdah Municipality, part of an open area neighborhood affiliated with Al Sharq Municipality), noting that the selection of neighborhoods was based on specific criteria, and the remaining areas, governorates, and neighborhoods that will undergo in-kind real estate registration works in various regions of the Kingdom will be announced successively in the coming periods. The authority indicated that the first registration of properties in these areas and neighborhoods will be available via the electronic real estate register platform https://rer.sa, or through service centers, and that in-kind registration requires a valid ownership deed that meets regulatory requirements to complete the registration process. It called on property owners in areas and neighborhoods subject to in-kind registration to verify the property ownership deed and the availability of necessary conditions in preparation for the start of registration. Inquiries about registration steps can be made through the authority's official platforms or by calling the customer service center at 199002. Starting from the specified date for the start of registration, a "Property Number" and an ownership registration deed will be issued for each registered property unit. The ownership registration deed will include the property's data, description, status, and associated rights and obligations linked to precise geospatial information, contributing to enhancing infrastructure and sustainability of the real estate sector.
