The Citizen Account, via its page on the X platform, pointed out that if any change in data occurs, the user can go to their account (beneficiary file) and update the data.

Date of disbursement of Citizen Account support after acceptance of eligibility objection

The Citizen Account program had set the date for disbursement of support to beneficiaries after acceptance of an eligibility objection, as well as their status in case of renewing the lease contract and whether it is necessary to attach the contract after renewal.

Regarding the date of disbursement of the Citizen Account after acceptance of an eligibility objection, it clarified that if the objection is approved after July 10, 2024, the eligibility status will be reviewed and the beneficiary will be informed of meeting the eligibility conditions by visiting their account "Eligibility Review" within the eligibility cycle for next September, and they will not be included in the upcoming August payment.

Regarding the registration of an independent individual, the program confirmed that an independent individual can register in the program, with the necessity of attaching documents proving independence in the name of the applicant. To know the required documents, they can visit their account (Beneficiary File - General Data). If the eligibility conditions are met and they are entitled, they will be included in the support.

The Citizen Account confirmed that the beneficiary is not required to attach the lease contract after renewal, explaining that if the attachment type was previously selected as "Valid lease contract on the Ejar platform", the existence of a valid lease contract will be verified through the Ejar platform without the need to attach it.
