King Khalid University Launches Summer Training Program with 30 Training Programs
King Khalid University, represented by the Deanship of Student Affairs, launched the Summer Training Program 2026, comprising 30 training programs and initiatives distributed across five main tracks, implemented in cooperation with a number of local and international entities. The Dean of Student Affairs at the university, Dr. Saad bin Saeed Al-Qahtani, explained that the program has seen more than four thousand applicants since registration opened, an indicator that reflects the university students' awareness of the importance of investing the summer vacation in developing their skills and gaining professional experience. He pointed out that the program includes five main tracks: professional certificates, health programs, international programs, leadership programs and labor market skills, in addition to specialized programs, offering students diverse training options that align with their academic majors and professional interests. He added that the duration of the programs ranges from one to two weeks, while international programs extend from two weeks to a month. The programs vary across fields such as artificial intelligence, data analysis and business intelligence, digital marketing, project management, digital transformation, health programs, engineering, entrepreneurship, law, media and communication, English language, tourism and hospitality, in addition to training camps, international programs, and student exchange programs, reflecting the breadth of training areas and their connection to priority sectors and national development needs.
