Minister of Education, Mr. Youssef bin Abdullah Al-Bunyan, issued a decision appointing Ms. Noha bint Ahmed Mokarrami as Assistant to the Director General of Education in the Jazan Region for Educational Affairs, following the approval of the Deputy Minister of Education for General Education, Dr. Saad bin Awad Al-Harbi.

Ms. Noha Mokarrami expressed her pride in this trust, emphasizing that it will be a motivation to continue giving and exerting effort in serving the nation, and thanked the Minister of Education and his deputy for their support of the education system and their empowerment of educational cadres.

Ms. Noha Mokarrami has extensive leadership and administrative experience, and a career full of achievements in the General Administration of Education in the Jazan Region, during which she held several leadership positions, most notably: educational supervisor in several departments, director of the e-learning center, director of the educational supervision department, and director of the education performance department.

Academically, Ms. Noha holds a bachelor's degree in English and a master's degree in educational policies from King Khalid University, and she is currently a doctoral researcher in educational leadership and policies at the same university.

She also completed a scholarship period in the Qualitative Experiences Program for Leadership Development in the United States of America, affiliated with the Ministry of Education, and passed the Women's Leadership Program from Prince Mohammed bin Salman College of Management and Entrepreneurship.
