Under the patronage of His Royal Highness Prince Abdulaziz bin Salman bin Abdulaziz, Minister of Energy and Minister of Industry and Mineral Resources, the Ministry celebrated the graduation of scholarship recipients from the industrial sector as part of the "Waeed" track of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques' Scholarship Program, in the presence of Minister of Education Mr. Yousef bin Abdullah Al-Bunyan.

The ceremony honored 69 male and female graduates who completed employment-beginning scholarship programs in industrial and technical specializations, as well as honoring "Seer" and "Morafiq" companies in recognition of their partnership with the Ministries of Industry and Mineral Resources and Education in implementing these qualitative programs.

During the ceremony, the Ministry signed 8 new agreements with national companies to provide 221 job opportunities through the "Waeed" track, aiming to attract and qualify national talents and enhance private sector participation in developing human capabilities to raise the efficiency of the industry and mining sectors.

The signing companies include: Saudi Arabian Mining Company "Ma'aden", Schneider Electric, Saudi Snack Foods Company Limited (PepsiCo), Packaging Products Company, Cummins Saudi Arabia Limited, Medical Progress Company, Mana Water Company, and Qiyas Manufacturing Company.

The "Waeed" track is one of the qualitative tracks that enhance alignment between educational outputs and labor market needs, representing an extension of the strategic partnership between the Ministry of Industry and Mineral Resources, the Ministry of Education, and the private sector, aimed at preparing qualified national cadres with the necessary skills to keep pace with industrial transformations and achieve the goals of Saudi Vision 2030.
