Northern Border Governor Receives Chairman and Members of 'Tarahum' Board in Region

His Royal Highness Prince Faisal bin Khalid bin Sultan bin Abdulaziz, Governor of the Northern Border Region, received today in his office the Chairman of the National Committee for the Care of Prisoners, Released Prisoners, and Their Families (Tarahum) in the Northern Border Region, Nasser bin Saleh Al-Khulaifi, accompanied by members of the committee's board of directors, on the occasion of the formation of the new board.

His Highness listened to an explanation of the new board's targets and plans for the upcoming phase, and the programs to be implemented to enhance the committee's role in serving beneficiaries and their families.

His Highness the Governor of the Northern Border Region emphasized the importance of the committee's role in caring for prisoners, released prisoners, and their families, noting the support and attention that social work receives from the wise leadership - may God support them - and directed to exert more efforts to enhance initiatives and programs, expand community partnerships, in order to contribute to achieving the committee's goals and humanitarian mission. During the meeting, His Highness reviewed the committee's most notable achievements, programs, and initiatives for the year 2025, and its efforts in caring for prisoners, released prisoners, and their families, enhancing rehabilitation and empowerment programs, and expanding partnerships with government agencies and the non-profit sector. For his part, the Chairman of the National Committee for the Care of Prisoners, Released Prisoners, and Their Families (Tarahum) in the Northern Border Region, Nasser bin Saleh Al-Khulaifi, expressed his thanks to the Governor of the Northern Border Region for his support and attention, affirming that the new board will work to implement His Highness's directives and continue developing the committee's programs and initiatives to enhance the services provided to beneficiaries and their families.
