He was received by His Royal Highness Prince Khalid bin Saud bin Abdullah Al Faisal bin Abdulaziz, Deputy Emir of Tabuk Region; the Undersecretary of the Emirate, Mohammed bin Abdullah Al-Haqbani; heads of courts; assistant undersecretaries of the Emirate; governors; directors of civil and military government departments; tribal elders; and a number of citizens.
