The candidate receives a notification via email and a text message as soon as they are granted an acceptance or upgrade opportunity, and they are given only 24 hours to confirm it from the moment the notification arrives. If the deadline expires without action, the opportunity is automatically considered rejected and passed on to another applicant.

The platform confirmed that the acceptance of the applicant's upgrade opportunity or its rejection does not prevent them from competing for other upgrade opportunities that may arise later during the phase, giving them a chance to reach a higher preference whenever the suitable seat becomes available.
