The authority indicated that King Khalid International Airport received the lowest number of complaints filed with the authority, at a rate of 0.4% per 100,000 passengers, in the index for international airports with more than 6 million passengers annually, with a total of 13 complaints and a resolution rate of 100%.

Najran International Airport had the lowest complaint rate in the index for international airports with fewer than 6 million passengers annually, at 1% per 100,000 passengers with only one complaint and a resolution rate of 100%.

In the domestic airport index, King Saud Airport had the fewest complaints at 3% per 100,000 passengers with one complaint and a resolution rate of 100%.

The authority explained that the monthly report is issued to enhance transparency and stimulate fair competition to develop and improve services.
