Saudi Fine Arts Society Relaunches 'Al-Liwan' Program

The Saudi Fine Arts Society is preparing to relaunch the 'Al-Liwan' program, one of its programs stemming from the cultural project, by organizing a cultural evening titled 'Media and Fine Arts: A Partnership Shaping Awareness and Visual Culture,' on Saturday evening, July 25, 2026.

The evening brings together a select group of specialists and those interested in cultural and artistic affairs, with participants including Dr. Hisham Maghrabi, Mr. Abdulrahman Al-Nasser, and Mr. Fahd Al-Barqan, while the dialogue will be moderated by Ms. Fahda Al-Dosari, to discuss the role of media in supporting the fine arts movement, enhancing the presence of arts in society, and building a more conscious visual culture.

The return of the 'Al-Liwan' program comes as part of the Society's ongoing efforts to enrich the cultural scene by organizing dialogue meetings that open the door for artists, media professionals, and intellectuals to exchange visions and expertise, and shed light on issues related to fine arts and their future, contributing to enhancing the integration between media and arts as partners in spreading cultural awareness.

The evening is scheduled to be held at AV Gallery Hall, Al-Mousa Complex, first floor – Gate 3 in Riyadh, from 8:30 PM to 10:30 PM, with advance registration available for those wishing to attend.

The 'Al-Liwan' program embodies the Society's vision of supporting the fine artist and creating platforms for cultural dialogue that bring together creators and media professionals, contributing to the development of visual culture and enriching the artistic movement, based on the Society's motto: 'We grow, and with us grows the fine artist.'
