The Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques, King Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to His Excellency President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, for the victims of the fire at the Benevolent Childhood Institution.

The King said: 'We have learned of the news of a fire breaking out at the Benevolent Childhood Institution in the municipality of El Mohammadia, east of the Algerian capital, resulting in deaths and injuries. As we extend to Your Excellency, the families of the deceased, and the people of the sisterly People's Democratic Republic of Algeria our warmest condolences and sincerest sympathy, we ask God Almighty to envelop the deceased in His vast mercy and forgiveness, to grant their families patience and solace, and to bestow a speedy recovery upon the injured. May He preserve you and the people of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria from all harm and evil. He is All-Hearing, All-Responsive.'

His Royal Highness Prince Mohammed bin Salman bin Abdulaziz Al Saud, Crown Prince and Prime Minister, also sent a cable of condolences and sympathy to His Excellency President Abdelmadjid Tebboune, President of the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria, for the victims of the fire at the Benevolent Childhood Institution.

His Highness the Crown Prince said: 'I have received the news of a fire breaking out at the Benevolent Childhood Institution in the municipality of El Mohammadia, east of the Algerian capital, resulting in deaths and injuries. I express to Your Excellency and to all the families of the deceased my deepest condolences and sincere sympathy, asking God Almighty for mercy upon the deceased and a speedy recovery for all the injured.
