The Saudi Arabian Scout Association has launched the Unified Scouting Data Platform, emphasizing that participation in its programs and activities will henceforth be limited to those registered on the platform after completing data verification procedures. This step aims to automate scouting operations, enhance organizational efficiency, and achieve digital and institutional transformation, contributing to the development of the scouting system in the Kingdom.

The association explained that the platform targets all scouting personnel in the Kingdom, including scout leaders (male and female), youth and young adults, scout pioneers, and volunteers. It provides an integrated electronic system for registering and managing member data, generating reports and statistics, supporting planning and follow-up, highlighting scouting initiatives and programs, as well as standardizing procedures and data across various scouting sectors.

It also supports planning and development, and identifies and leverages scouting competencies and expertise. The association called on all scouting affiliates to register via the QR code published on its official social media accounts, noting that registration covers all members, and that future participation in the association's programs and activities will be limited to those registered on the platform after their data is approved.

Adherence to Registration Requirements

The association stressed the importance of meeting registration requirements, foremost among them entering personal data accurately, uploading a personal photo in full scout uniform with a white background, attaching an electronic copy of the latest scouting qualification, and verifying the accuracy of contact information and the scouting sector to which the member belongs, with periodic updates whenever changes occur. It also noted that all data is subject to review and approval by the competent authorities to ensure accuracy and completeness, and is used for scouting and organizational purposes in accordance with approved regulations and instructions. It emphasized that in case of any technical difficulties during registration, beneficiaries can contact technical support through the designated channels on the platform to complete the registration process and benefit from the electronic services offered.
