The General Authority for the Care of the Grand Mosque and the Prophet's Mosque has launched an electronic service that enables visitors to the Grand Mosque to check the real-time density of Mataf (the area of Tawaf) and Mas'a (the area of Sa'i), helping them choose the least crowded path and perform their rituals smoothly. The service displays live indicators of Mataf and Mas'a density with real-time updates, along with smart indicators that help users select the least crowded routes, enhancing crowd management efficiency and improving the quality of services provided to Grand Mosque visitors. The authority invited those wishing to benefit from the service to access it via a QR code and take advantage of the updated information it provides to support smooth movement within the Grand Mosque and enhance the Tawaf and Sa'i experience.
