A number of Umrah performers from various nationalities praised the advocacy and guidance services implemented by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, represented by the General Secretariat for Islamic Awareness in Hajj, Umrah and Visitation, at the Mosque of Al-Hil (Ihram Mosque) in Al-Ji'rana. They affirmed that these efforts contributed to facilitating the performance of Umrah rituals and answering their religious inquiries in their languages, enhancing reassurance and easing the performance of rites according to the guidance of the Qur'an and Sunnah.

Umrah performer Salman Jawa from the Republic of Indonesia confirmed that the services provided at the Mosque of Al-Hil in Al-Ji'rana had a significant impact on facilitating the performance of rituals. He said: 'I found distinguished advocacy services, and the presence of translators and awareness materials in our language was a reason for easily understanding the rulings of Umrah, which reflects the Kingdom's care for the guests of Rahman and its keenness to serve them.'

Great Care for Umrah Performers

For his part, Umrah performer Abdullah bin Muhammad from Kurdistan, Iraq, explained that what he witnessed of organization and quality in the guidance services reflects the great care that the Kingdom gives to Umrah performers, pointing out that the preachers answered their inquiries with ease, and that electronic screens and awareness booklets contributed to clarifying the rulings of Umrah in a simplified and facilitated manner. Meanwhile, Umrah performer Muzammil Kamel Al-Hassan from Pakistan expressed his thanks and appreciation for the advocacy and guidance services provided by the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, affirming that religious awareness in multiple languages contributed to performing his rituals with ease and tranquility, indicating that these efforts reflect the level of care the Kingdom provides to the guests of Rahman, and the harnessing of human and technical capabilities to serve them throughout the Umrah journey, raising his thanks to the Ministry of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance for the advocacy efforts to serve the guests of Rahman so that they may perform the rituals according to the guidance of the Qur'an and the Prophetic Sunnah.

Facilitating the Performance of Rituals

These efforts come within the message of the Ministry of Islamic Affairs in spreading religious awareness among Umrah performers and facilitating the performance of rituals correctly, in implementation of the directives and follow-up of His Excellency the Minister of Islamic Affairs, Dawah and Guidance, Sheikh Dr. Abdullatif bin Abdulaziz Al Al-Sheikh, and as an extension of the great attention given by the wise leadership - may Allah support them - to serving the guests of Rahman and providing them with the best advocacy and guidance services. Meanwhile, the Ministry continues to implement its awareness and guidance programs within its operational plan for the Umrah season of the year 1448 AH, through an integrated system that includes cabins for Islamic awareness, in which official preachers participate along with translators in several international languages, to answer Umrah performers' questions related to Umrah rulings, in addition to distributing religious and guidance publications in multiple languages, and broadcasting awareness messages via electronic screens inside the mosque; to contribute to raising the level of religious awareness among the guests of Rahman, and embodying the Kingdom's interest in providing them with the best services.
