The activities of the Digital Empowerment Project for the Yemeni Teacher have been launched, supported by the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen and in partnership with Al-Mubdi'un Center for Studies and Training at King Abdulaziz University, aiming to enhance the technical and professional efficiency of 500 male and female teachers in the governorates of Aden, Abyan, Hadhramaut, Al-Mahra, and Socotra, through a specialized training program in artificial intelligence and digital instructional design.

According to a post on the official page of the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen, the project was inaugurated by the Governor of the Socotra Archipelago, Engineer Raafat Al-Thaqli, and the Director of the Program's office in Socotra, Muhammad Al-Yahya, and via video link, the Deputy Minister of Education for Training and Qualification, Dr. Zaid Muhammad Qahtan, and the representative of Al-Mubdi'un Center for Studies and Training at King Abdulaziz University, Dr. Najma Al-Zahrani.

It is worth noting that the projects and initiatives of the Saudi Program for the Development and Reconstruction of Yemen support general and higher education and technical and vocational training, including the construction and equipping of model schools, development of universities, construction of colleges and institutes, and capacity building of educational staff.
